Has a sprit touch u?

this just happend to me I am reading about spirits touching u when I feel this cold touch on my arm I think it was my great Grandma she died when I was 3.

Someone strokes the right side of my face around my forehead, and it is very comforting.  Not sure who it is though.  When I first noticed it, I thought it was my hair, or a bug crawling on me.  But after brushing my hair aside and looking in the mirror, it still continued.  It is never cold though... it feels nice.

yes I have.  I have also been pushed tugged at and smacked.  It doesn't happen very often, but when it does...it does.

Oh yes, it can happen. Usually the cold feeling is because the spirit draws energy from the things around it(you) thus making you feel cold.

It depends sometimes it a spirit and other times its just goosebumps/a draft that came through. But yes spirits touch people.

Yes, I've been touched on investigations.  Several members of my group were touched on the elbow in a place where my son caught an evp of a little girl saying "Mommy?"  One of my previous homes had activity, and something would grab our ankles as we went up the basement stairs.  It wasn't a nice ghost at all.  I've also been pushed from the back, and had my hair pulled a few times.
