Won more than £1,000 in the national lottery?

I mean I never play at all as I think the odds are way too ridiculous, my mum won about £600 once, but I want to know if anyone has ever won more than £1,000 and if so how much.

my mum won a share of 3 thousand somthing with a works sydicate, its a scam as far as i am concerned, played once on my 16th b-day.

your better off with irish lottery!
