i am asking this on behalf of my mum she has a portrait of the beatles ,oil painting on canvas signed bill tipton any one have any information about him and if his paintings are worth anything as a few people have commented on it many thanks

I suspect that he is represented by a gallery which is why he is harder to find in a search than if he had his own website.

Yes, do a Google advanced search. There are a couple of websites dealing with this artist.
