There are dozens, and how are we to know which infomercial.  I have used Richard Schulze's.   Two tablespoons of salt in two quarts of warm water, drunk first thing in the morning is as good as anything, and better than most.  about half an hour later, you will spend about a half hour on the pot, and everything will come out.

Anything that you buy that says it is a colon cleanser..is a scam!!!
