Has this affected my contraceptive protection?

Question

Yesterday morning( Tuesday), i took my birth control as normal, and then last night, (NO idea why) i took another, for some reason, thinking it was Wednesday.

So, i took two on teh same day, and will be taking Thursdays as normal tomorrow.

Can this affect my protection?

You will be ok. It is ok to skip just one, which is basically what you will be doing today since you took it early. You may feel slightly nauseated since you have a higher hormone level than normal since you took it early..other than that you will be fine. Just continue as normal on Thursday as you already plan to do.
