Have I stopped growing!! ?? :(?

I'm 14 years old , about 5ft 7 or 8 and have been this height for over 6 months. I was growing rapidly before and it feels like I've suddenly stopped growing ! :( My shoe size has been size 6 for a while and I have started my periods so do you think I might have reached my adult height !! ?? :(

My dad is 6ft and my mum is 5 ft 11. So I should be really tall for a girl. When I was about 9 I had suspected anorexia and hardly ate anything- could that have stunted my growth???

Please answer- i'm really worried about this - I really want to be tall like my mum :( xxxxx

im 14 too, 5 ft 5, weigh about 8 and a half stone, quite thin and tall for my age (so you must be too) ive only started my periods a couple of months ago and i am also a size 6 shoe (which i have also been for a while now lol)

dont worry.

we probably havent stopped growing yet and if both of your parents are tall, theres a good chance you may be aswell :)

Yes anorexia could have stunted your growth slightly due to inadequate vitamin intake. However, females usually grow about 4 inches after the onset of menstruation.
