Have someone calling me?

Someoneone is calling me constantly on my cell phone. The only thing that changes are the last 4 digets. The town that they are comeing from is very small. I tried the reverse look up but come up with nothing or I have to pay( I get as far as it is residential). Does anyonyone have any ideas?

Call from an outside pay phone if you can still find any.
