  1. idk im helping my bff with that

  2. swish peroxide and or baking soda.  it tastes NASTY, but use it evry night for a while, and ull have pearly whites  :)

  3. I'm thinking lemon juice might make your teeth really sensitive. Try baking soda and water mixed into a paste.

  4. crest white strips.. see results in a few days..

  5. I would not recommend whitening your teeth with lemon juice and salt.  Lemon take off the enamel off your teeth--your teeth will become VERY sensitive and they would STAIN VERY EASY--not a good idea!  The store teeth whitening products are safe---they are tested so they don't mess up your teeth or if you do get them whitened professionally.

If you go get them done professionally---that would be the fastest way, if you do it from store products, it will take a couple weeks!

  6. Don't do that process!  What happens is that the salt and lemon juice pretty much fry off the top layer of your teeth, thus making your teeth seem whiter.  But you're really damaging them.

It takes longer than 2-3 days, but you can always brush your teeth with baking soda, or so I've heard...

  7. use baking soda and brush three times a day,if possible.

  8. never heard of doing that but i don't think it would work too well because lemon juice takes the enamel off of your teeth. so it would probably mess your teeth up.

try the crest white strips. or the listerine ones. the listerine ones made mine alot whiter in like 3 days. but they are really gross and you have to brush your teeth right after. :P blech but they still work really well!!

  9. you can use baking soda and the lemon thing might not be a good idea cause of the acid...

  10. brush your teeth with baking soda it works rite away!

  11. i have sensitive gums and i bleed easily. but i have used 'colgate with baking soda', thats what its called so dont buy the actual baking soda and also 'crest whittening' alcohol free mouth rinse. start any day u want 3 times a day like recommended and u should see some big results by day 2. by day three u should be set let me know if it worked on u. if it doesnt work then try this. my friend went to the dentist and got some pink whittening tablets just ask the dentist he should know about it. or even better try all 3 at the same time. its kinda like turbo boost the process

  12. oh dont try tht! tht stains teeth bad! just try those like crest white strips those r the exact things for whitening like if u were getting them whitened at a dentist

  13. i dunno but i use other way like this

The secret to this inexpensive home whitening method is malic acid, which acts as an astringent to remove surface discoloration. Combined with baking soda, strawberries become a natural tooth-cleanser, buffing away stains from coffee, red wine, and dark sodas. While it’s no replacement for a bleaching treatment at your dentist’s office, “this is a fast, cheap way to brighten your smile,” says Adina Carrel, DMD, a dentist in private practice at Manhattan Dental Arts in New York. “Be careful not to use this too often, though, as the acid could damage the enamel on your teeth.”

    You need:

    1 ripe strawberry

    1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Directions: Crush the strawberry to a pulp, then mix with the baking soda until blended. Use a soft toothbrush to spread the mixture onto your teeth. Leave on for 5 minutes, then brush thoroughly with toothpaste to remove the berry–baking soda mix. Rinse. (A little floss will help get rid of any strawberry seeds.) Carrel says you can apply once a week.♥♥

  14. i never hear that before and i don't think you can get white teeth in 2-3 day. just if you go get it done.

    well good luck on that

  15. no but that sounds weird but hey who knows it might work

  16. wow that sounds painfull. I cant stand sour things in my mouth, let alone lemons and salt! ick.

but i did hear about that somewhere. I bet it works cuz of the acid.

  17. get a whitening kit, brush your teeth with baking soda (it works).

  18. omgsh thanks , thats a good idea. i think Lemon juice would work !

    * for you !

  19. i don't think it would be a good idea because lemons wear away the enamel on your teeth.

  22. hmm. lemon juice and salt? i have heard of people using salt to brush their teeth. and it does make the teeth whiter, but it takes about 2 weeks or so..all you do is wet your toothbrush and dip it in salt and brush.
