Have you had babies close together?

If so how did you find it? I have 2 sons already, 12months exactly between them but I'm 18weeks pregnant again, my youngest is only going to be 13months when this baby is due!!!!

I have 2 friends who have both had 3 children in 3 years. The one has her first two 10 months apart and the third is 11 months younger than the second. And it is not abuse of your body but it is necessary to check out about scarring after the fact, because this girl had to get surgery because her uterus had so much scarring. Although my other friend with 3 in 3 years had no scarring issues whatsoever. I'm just saying that might be a concern to check out....but you are gonna be fine and it will make you close as a family having your kids close in age!

hi lol not that short but there  two years between my boys 5,3,1 and ya its hard (especially as there all very good at been boys) but i wound't change it for the world the to oldest do disagree a bit but most of the time they are best friends and my youngest trys his best to what there doing so don't worry about it lol who cares what other people think you are the one whos looking after them so sod everyone else

Yes i have had between my first 2 i had 10 monthsdifference and between James and my twins i had a year exactly!

But then between the twins and my baby i am eexpectingnow its 9 years!

yup i had one feb 21st 2007 had my daughter feb 7th 2008 now they are 18 and 6 months old

WOW! I have uncles that are 8 months apart (one was born 3 months early). My worry is what your poor body is going through. I don't think it was meant to take that much abuse. Doctors usually advise women to go 2 years between children to give the body ample time to repair itself.

Wow that is close, you will sure be busy. I had my three what I thought was close(3 under 3) 15 months with the first 2 and 17months 2nd & 3rd but you take the cake. Best of luck to you all and mayb wait awhile for number 4!

yes, only 10 1/2 months between my two, my eldest wasn't even walking when no.2 arrived!

It's mad to start with, but gets easier as they get older.

Er, yeah I have 12 months 6 days between my boys. They're 17 and 5 months now. And I'm already broody again!! I'm not going to give into it though!

I had mine about a year and a half apart, in some ways it was easier, in others more difficult. We would do lots of group distraction activities, like swimming in the bathtub. they are now 8,7,6,4, and 2. Hang in there, you will survive!

I had mine Oct 03, Nov 04, Nov 05 and Aug 07. I love it they are really close and I would do the same again. It is difficult and our son (baby no 3) has delayed development and probably autism, they are all healthy kids and the eldest is due to start school next week. Congratulations I think it's fab.

Well i had my first and then fell pregnant again within a few months. My 2nd daughter was due when my 1st was a year but she came early so there is only 10 months between them. I am now 33 weeks pregnant again and when this baby is due my 1st daughter will be 2 1/2 and my 2nd will be 21 months. I think i'm quite lucky with my girls as they are good and love playing together. They do have their moments as do all but over all are quite easy to look after. I am expecting another little girl so hopefully she will fit right in.

there is only about 11 months between my 2 boys at the time you don't think about how hard it is but i think it is better because with them beig the same age they were company for each other.
