Question:

Have you quit your Wii fit?

I always sign up at one gym and then quit as I'm bored after a while. I think a personal trainer would motivate me but I can't afford one. If you are like me and used the Wii fit, has it helped you or did you quit that as well after a while?

  1. I've not completely given up on Wii Fit, however the novelty has worn off, and I'm a bit bored with it. I find myself not wanting to play the game at all most of the time.

I have not given up on my gym membership, though! Even though treadmills & ellipticals can get boring and monotonous too, it still holds my interest longer and stronger than the games on Wii Fit (as fun, interesting, and cool as they are!), and they've given me incomparable results!

The game has been a fun change and edition to my existing workout routine, and I still play it some weekends and some evenings after work, but not nearly as much as when I first bought it in June.

No game, gym, or personal trainer will work for you if the motivation and drive to use & stick with them aren't there. Try looking for tips, message boards, and support at home & on the web to try and get you amped to start, and be consistent with, a fitness program.

    Best of luck to you!
