Haveing seriously problems sleeping?

i have tryed every herbal and normal sleeping tabalets you can buy out the shops my doctor wont give me sleeping tablets cos hes a a*****e everynight i sleep in darkness for about 2-3 hours befor i eventually go to sleep and i toss and turn like a ***** so i have about 5 hours sleep a night and its relly starting to piisss me off ive turned into a narky lil shiitt any ideas many thanks?

  1. If your Doctor won't give you anything than try to see another Doctor. I take Ambien at night which is a prescription and it definately helps. I first suggest that you cut out anything that has alot of sugar and or caffeine in it at least an hour before you go to bed. That might help some.

    If not switch Doctor's.. You may need medicine to help get you to sleep.


  2. I was watching a television show a few days ago about sleeping problems, so I thought I might share some info with you. Two tricks were given to fall asleep - one was (if you can) to do a handstand up against a wall for 30-60 seconds. The other was to lie on your bed and bring your legs and body up (the position is called a candle, i think) and also hold it for 30-60 seconds. The whole purpose was to have blood rush to your head or something. I personally haven't tried it, but if you're desperate, you may want to.. can't hurt! Good luck.

  4. do not take pills you can sleep normal just turn light on your turn radio on help you sleep your turn tv on low you here it it well help you i do all time help me sleep ok?

  5. At least you can eventually fall asleep. I was up all of last night. I simply cannot pass out on my own accord. I feel like c**p.

  6. The only thing I can think of is taking a meletonin(melatonin?) supplement. Its the same chemical that your body produces to put you to sleep. If you already tried it them idk what to tell you but it worked for me.
