Havent been paid?

I finished up work 3 weeks ago - im 30 weeks pregnant - and my last pay was meant to be in my bank the following week. Its now 3 weeks on and still no pay. Im not sure if this has caused a problem or not but my last week i wasnt at work as i was in hospital with bad bleeding and couldnt work. So if this has put it back somehow im not sure but i had all doctors certificates i needed.

I have contacted my old boss and the job agency who employed me to work for the company and firstly my boss gave me no answer and the job agency just keeps putting me off.

What can i do and who do i go to to get paid?

I live in Sydney Australia.

Contact your old boss again, and go through the whole situation again, and say that if you don't get paid, you will contact the Ombudsman for your industry. This threat should make them pay up, but if they don't then launch an official statement to the Ombudsman and they will deal with it. Keep records of all communications with your boss and the job agency.
