Question:

Having a party?

by  |  earlier

0 LIKES UnLike

I'm going to be having a party soon, only around 18 people, and I already have alcohol, and that's about it haha.

I want to have some good party food (something that is not too messy, but a decent party food). Some other interesting ideas to have/do at my party would be greatly appreciated.

Also, how do i go about planning it? What time should things get started? Thanks.

  2. we need  more  details....how  old are  the  party  goers?  you definitely  need a  theme.....with those two bits of info i can plan you a GREAT party without even meeting  you

  3. Alcohol is all u need... lots of it.

Besides that get some chips... maybe a few pizzas. Just remember the alcohol in large quantities.

  4. BBQ is always a good idea and most people like it enough. its easier to plan it with a few people because one person always has a tendency on forgetting certain things. make a check list of things you need like what kind of drinks, food, paper plates, etc etc. music is always a plus. if you have it outside you can always have activities like badminton or something like that. people should be be able to enjoy themselves and the company of others though so most activities shouldnt really be an issue.

  5. freezies, or chips or some jello shooters

have some music, video games(guitar hero or rock band, dance dance), couches and the ppl of course

tell them to come at 8 and leave at 12?

  6. get some gardettos!

  7. A good party is great for many things..It offers good entertainment, great for socializing, meeting your near and dear ones, incresaing busiess contacts and ofcourse, good food.Everyone wants to give a party that is appreciated and remembered by the guests for a long time.

What a good party requires is proper planning and execution of the plan.If I have to give a party, i will first sit with a pen and paper in my hand.First I make the guest list. Then I decide and write the menu, starting from appetizers, to main course, side dishes and then dessert. After this comes the list for buying grocery, and lastly, the 'to do' list which includes all chores like inviting guests, shopping for the gifts, cleaning the house and so on, with a date writtn against each chore. Not to mention, proper execution of this list makes the work easier.

Most important aspect of the party is guests, and their entertainment.Every guest should feel comfortable, at home.Your behaviour should make the guest feel that he is really wanted, and his company is being enjoyed. No one should feel 'left out'.It is the behaviour of the host during a party which really makes all the difference.take care of this, and your party will be a big hit! Also, dont forget BEER PONGGG!! good luck!
