just wondering,,,,can you get in trouble for having s*x in car? lol i mean what could happen if you get caught? i live in texas

If you are visible to people outside of the car you could be arrested for indecent exposure, lewd behavior in a public place, etc.  Not worth the risk if you ask me ... do they print the police activity log (blotter) in your local paper?  How would you feel about being listed in that section as a s*x offender?

I have heard cases where to couple become registered s*x offenders. Although you may be having consensual s*x with your significant other it is still a bad to get that s*x offender rep on your record.

The cops probably wouldn't do anyting. All they can see is a fringe benefit.

Don't know about Texas law but in some states you could be charged with public indecency.

Yes, you could be arrested.  It is illegal in Texas to carelessly expose other people to behaviors (especially the sexual act) that are perfectly legally behind closed doors. For example (in Texas), a person who walks around their apartment naked but carelessly leaves the curtains open so that people outside can see them naked is guilty of a crime.  Notice that it is no defense to say, "I didn't mean for anybody to see me naked; I forgot that the curtains were open."

I used to work uniformed Security in a Mall that had a night club in the Chicago area.  Needless to say, many a horny drunk couple would 'hook up' in cars in the parking garage.  Mall owners did not like that, and we were instructed to curb the problem.

I would kill the squad car lights, pull up close to the car being used as a bedroom, and then hit them with all the lights and the siren.  Most often it was quite a show-stopper, if you catch my drift.  I would then inform them over the loud speaker that s*x was not permitted in the parting garage, and that there was a motel just across the street.

Too bad digital cameras were not readily available then......
