Having trouble??

im having trouble with my direct tv satellite. everytime i watch movies or tv it freeze so much . and it come back later on playin the shows. it happens alot. or should i go on my roof and move the satellite around to see if it works . any idea?

If you can access the dish you can clean it and check for physical damage like bends or dents or holes.  If it is a mesh dish these are more susceptible to damage by bird strike or stones thrown by those neighbours from h**l! You can safely unscrew the connector at the antenna and the box and spray a little WD40 or similar contact cleaning spray then reconnect the cable. Do this with the set box  POWER OFF!

And do not handle the LNB (that white k**b thing)on your dish as its positioning determines quality and quantity of received signal.

a SAT Techo will do a signal reception level test and dish alignment for a very reasonable fee if you get no improvement trying my suggested course of initial action.

If you don't have a head for heights......leave well alone eh?

you probably need to buy a new box thing then. maybe the problems with the box or the dish itself. hopes that helps (:
