Hawaii or Alaska?Which place is better?

I have to choose either Hawaii or Alaska for research project, which place is better place is better.... Different views comparing both states... please... thanks

You want to be warm or cold :o)  If you go to Hawaii - make sure you make a stop on Oahu.  Waikiki is nice but tourist galore.  You have to check out Ko'Olina Resort owned by Marriott.  Open to the public - there are three circular man made beaches with slopes of championship golf grass between them with lots of palm trees.  Also if you like king crab legs - you have to go to Sam Choy's on Nimitz Hwy - you have never had anything like it!  Also try the poke and lau lau.  Alaska - cold but beautiful - you can go whale watching, fresh seafood, beautiful glaciers...these two places cannot be compared.  I suggest you visit one this year and the other another year.

Neither, but that does not help your project!

It is unfair to try to compare two such beautiful areas.

I would list the pros and cons for both States and conclude by refusing to compare "apples and pears"
