Hdd camcorders help!?

I have just bought a JVC HDD camcorder but am having trouble transferring the data to DVD. I have got a dvd recorder so have tried to transfer it using that to put it onto a dvd but the dvd recorder is unable to find the camcorder I can watch the recordings through the tv but am unable to record onto a disc. Can anybody help?

  1. It's quite possible that your DVD recorder is incapable of reading HD signals. Suggest that you contact either of  the manufactures or go on line for more tech spec.
