He keeps staring at me. Why?

this guy, i really dont like him. he always stares at me, its like i alwasy see him glancing at me or just plain staring. he isnt that cute and i know that sounds really mean but its creeping me out. and to make things worse his locker is like 3 down from mine and whenever im at my locker and he's at his i can always see him watching me or listening to my conversations. plus if he likes me i would never date him, he looks really stiff like he doesnt know how to loosen up and have fun. i like people who are fun to be around.

Lol, he definitely likes you. um i don't really know what you can do about it. unless you be really mean about it and just go off on him and start yelling.(i don't think you should do that tho. bein mean an all)hmm, make sure you dont act shy, like if you look at him and hes staring at you, don't turn away quickly, otherwise he might think you like him.
