Healing a scar?

Question

I had a C-section three months ago and, maybe I'm just impatient, but my scar is still bright red. Is there anything to help it heal faster? I also have severe but short lived cramps underneath the scar area - is this normal?

its called scar tape found at CVS i had skin cancer on my nose and it was really red and bumpy. i used the scar tape and now you can barely see it and it's smooth!
