Iam looking for herbs to help stop smoking and to heal chronic Mastitis

you stop smoking if you want and do not need herbs.I know a man at work smoked 40 a day he just stopped.So you need a will power to stop.Try to cut down to half the to quarter and just stop.Set a target of a week or less and occupy your self and do not think about smoking and it will be done,
