The main principle of health and safety legislation in health and social care setting, is to create a standard by which a minimum requirement of health practices that should be observed in performaning a task, for example, food preparation and serving. Its the same on safety, it is to create a standard by which minimum requirement of safety practices should be observed when performing a task.
