just list your five healthiest fast food restraunts so if i have to eat fast food ill know where to stay as much on the healthy side i can.

    wendy's (get salad and baked potato instead of burger and fries)


  2. I like fast-food mexican like Moe's, Willly's, Baja Fresh, etc. If you can go without meat for one meal, get a veggie burrito or veggie tacos or a salad. Everything is fresh and vegetables are healthy.

    Grilled chicken sandwich

    Veggie burger

    Garden salad with grilled chicken and low-fat dressing

    Baked potato

    Yogurt parfait

    Grilled chicken strips

    Limiting cheese, mayo, and special sauces



    Unhealthy choices :

    Double-patty hamburger with cheese, mayo, special sauce, and bacon

    Fried chicken sandwich

    Fried fish sandwich

    Salad with toppings such as bacon, cheese, and ranch dressing

    Breakfast burrito with steak

    French fries

    Milkshake

    Chicken “nuggets” or tenders

    Adding cheese, extra mayo, and special sauces  

    Subs, Sandwich and Deli Choices Good vs. Bad

    Healthy choices:

    Six-inch sub

    Lean meat (roast beef, chicken breast, lean ham) or veggies

    One or two slices of lower-fat cheese (Swiss or mozzarella)

    Adding low-fat dressing or mustard instead of mayo

    Adding extra veggie toppings

    Choosing whole-grain bread or taking the top slice off your sub and eating it open-faced

    Unhealthy choices :

    Foot-long sub

    High-fat meat such as ham, tuna salad, bacon, meatballs, or steak

    The “normal” amount of higher-fat (Cheddar, American) cheese

    Adding mayo and special sauces

    Keeping the sub “as is” with all toppings

    Choosing white bread or “wraps” which are often higher in fat than normal bread

  9. I recently wondered the same thing..one of the best fast food places to eat is Chic Fil A not one of their sandwiches has more than 500 calories...also, Wendy's is NOT that good for you. Also, people keep saying Quiznos....one of their sandwiches was rated the #1 worse sandwich in America to eat!

    I recently purchased a book called "eat this not that" it has every possible restaurant/fast food place in there and it basically tells you if you are going to eat out out of all the menu items which are better for you...awesome book for like $10...it's full of pictures and it's an awesome read...

  10. Come on now, how many people ask the same questions. It's not rocket science. Look at the items they sell, put two and two together.

    Pretty much any normal person knows a little bit about nutrition, what makes us fat or what is healthy for us.

    All of their food is cholesterol and trans fat free.

  12. There's no such thing as healthy fast food. Either way you slice it, fast food is fast food. It's oily and sometimes high on calories. Yet, Wendy's has very nutrious and delicious salads... And yeahh, that's my recommendation :)

  15. I don't consider any of them healthy. If pressed, I'd go with KFC. At least their chicken looks real.

    chick-fil-a - just redid their menu. their grilled chicken sandwich has a whole wheat bun, and their salads are good

    taco bell - just added a healthy menu, called the "fresco" menu. it's basically their normal stuff without cheese and sour cream
