Healthiest sushi options?

I love sushi, but the restaurant closest to me serves really large portions each individual piece is slightly smaller than the size of my palm!! Just click on menu when you enter the link below. What are the healthiest options!??

  1. Dan, you're missing out.  I love sushi.  My husband and I had sushi last night for our Valentine dinner.  This menu looks great!

    As far as which items are healthiest...

    Any of the salads look really healthy.  I really enjoy the uncooked fish; especially salmon.  I'm staying away from tuna these days because of the mercury issue.  Avocado is also really good for you.


  2. The best thing to do is be aware of the rice. This is probably the worst.. but all in all sushi is good for you.

    Sashimi is the way to go for a very light, yet protein filled meal.

  3. You aren't going to like this answer, but in my opinion, when it comes to sushi, the healthiest option BY FAR is abstinence.
