I am starting gymnastics and need a good way to get fit for it. I'm most certainly not over weight, but not under weight. But i do have some bad eating habits lately and want to cut it down. I have done gymnastics for 8 years but stopped for a while and restarting but between those years i lost some of my strength. what are some good healthy ways, foods, exercises, or routines to prepare for this? But also something simple that i could do daily that will make a difference, i don't need much.
