Hearing music in dreams?

Question

Does anyone else often hear random music in their dreams? I was dreaming about Final Fantasy X and near the end of the dream I heard the final part of the Scrubs TV theme, you know where the guitar fades out? The funny thing was it that it happened EXACTLY when someone else happened, almost as if everything was connected or something.

Plus I remember hearing the Top Cat theme, a show I haven't thought about/watched for years, at very high quality in my dream, almost as if I had remembered the lyrics like 7 years after watching the show haha.

lol i remember hearing this random but cool tune in my dream, and i woke up remembering more of it(bits i dont remember hearing) but then i forgot it all after a while. lol.

Hearing music in dream is normal.  It is the same as seeing some images in dream.  It is a different projecting from our subconscious mind.

Sometimes, if we have listened some music that you subconsciously feel enjoyed, that may lurk into our subconscious mind.  When your dream is having some sort of connection, the music may come out.  In other words, music in some case could mean happiness, enjoyment, seeking to be noticed, things to be shared.  Dreaming of music shows emotionally you need to have something shared with others.

sometimes i leave the tv on vh1

and i go to sleep

then i dreamt that ia was running then i got a really bad cramp in my calvs and at the same time i heard

big girls dont cry by fergie i woke up

with a cramp and i saw the video

pretty ironic i was there crying for 10 minutes! :]
