also helps thm finalcially since conley is in his last year of the contract

even though we need veeteran ship, we get a young and good PG. Haslem is the odd man out caz he plays PF,but we got beasley. and it will provide PG depth, so we will only be hunting for a center.but then again, wade will be upset caz he likes haslem and Memphis wont take extra cap for haslem and for a d-league player. plus conley is a rising star
