Personally, I like Charlotte, but not Baptiste. But more importantly this child is yours AND your husbands so if he isnt thrilled with it you should probably look at something different.  You both should love the name you give your child.

Charlotte Baptiste is a cool name!  Very old French and very common in the old days.  I would definetly talk over with your husband what other names you both like that appeal to both of you though.  Maybe you will have a son one day you could use it in?

I definitely like Charlotte,, very pretty.. not so keen on the Baptiste.. but if it a last name then I like it as a whole!

I ADORE the name Charlotte. It sounds beautifully "old world". But "baptiste" keeps reminding me of the baptist religion...

So those two names paired together makes me think of a nun.

I'm not really sure if thats a good or bad thing...
