Hello i tried to insert

Question

hello i tried to insert files to my western digital elements 500 gig hard drive and after a few minutes an error message say cannot copy the file and the cause is either cyclic redundency error or I/O error and the also it crashes the window explorer. The HD is under fat32. i have tried fragmentation but it still does not work.
