Hellou i don' know is

helloui don' know is it a motherboard or drivers but it crushes down every now and then and blue screen appears. i have to start it up manually, it doesn't restart automatically. it's 3 years in use. bought new. windows are legal and i had some worms problems a month ago and then it all started. can you help me with this???thanx
