I had a C-Section on Thursday, by Saturday, my feet ankles and calves have swollen at least 3x's their regular sizes, the nurses and doc kept saying, that's normal because of all of the fluid you were given. Anyone ever hear of Teg holes or Ted holes (white stockings) that are designed to decrease the swellen? Any advice is welcome, please help, it look like someone took a air pump for a bike and pumped me up! I elevated them last night and I can tell they were looking better by this morning, but the swellen is back (yes the doc wanted to see the baby, had a lot of walking to do today) I just want relief, should I do epsom salt soak? Help Help Help, they are starting to hurt

  1. Stop all unnecessary walking.  And keep your feet elevated above your heart & chest.  Try sleeping with a few pillows under legs and feet.
