Help Budgie advice???

Question

My budgie Kiwi (girl) Polo (boy) Kiwi is afraid Polo came out the cage already and like me how can I get Kiwi to stop trashing about the cage and come to me listen to me without fear also,what can I make as toys out of paper?

You could try getting her used to you and/or making her more reliant on you. It could also be effect of being used to having someone else be dominant (i.e. Polo). You could  try separating them though I wouldn't suggest it. It could also be that she's just not tamable. I've had a lot of animals like that. You just don't get to hold  them.
