Help!!!! I really need it?

Ok I am a minor girl who has a checking bank account at Wachovia..well i got a letter in the mail that said i have an overdraft for $545.06...and the bad thing about it is I have Direct Deposit. But heres the thing can someone help me..I NEED this weeks check..BAD..but by me having an overdraft u kno the bank goin o automatically take my check right...but some one told me that if i go to the atm at twelve midnight and get my money out before buisness hours it would work.......Would It Really Work??

If your check is a social security check, there is a slight chance you could keep it.  Banks are prohibited from garnishing SS checks.  Otherwise, I would ask whoever is making the direct deposit to suspend it and give you a check instead.

On the other hand, you are going to have to address the overdraft, if not, you will be banned from having a checking account from just about all banks, making your life way more complicated in the future.

You say you are a minor.  Is there any adult who can help you?
