Help! My IE toolbar moved!!!

Question

It's happened before - sometimes, I click something by accident and the toolbar (with the start button) moves to the right (but it's on the left hand side now!). Usually, I just double-click a few times near the bottom and it goes back to normal.

But it won't work this time!!! It's stuck on the left. I've tried and tried to do the click, hold and drag thing but it won't work, and the toolbar isn't locked.

I'm going crazy here!!! Help!

Hi,

Just click somehere on the bar where no object is and keep your left mouse button down. Now move your mouse to the bottom of the screen and it's their again.

Don't be too concerned as it is the time for the annual migration to the breeding grounds.  How else do you think they reproduce?
