here are my pokemon,

1.Floatzel lv.46

moves are aqua jet,crunch,surf,whirlpool

2.Chingling lv.40

moves are astonish,confusion,upraor,last resort

3.Onix lv.45

moves are strength,dragon breath,iron tail,rock climb

4.Palkia lv.48

moves are water pulse,acient power,dragon claw,speacial rend

5.Empoleon lv.75

moves are waterfall,brine,whirlpool,hydropump

6.medicham lv.45

moves are foarce palm,high jump kick,pych up,rock smash

if ur thinking of beating the eleite 4, train your pokemon to above lvl. 60 and get rid of medichams pysch up it isnt a really good move. this is the eleite 4's types in order.

bug/posion (look out for draipon), ground, fire, psychic

leaders pokemon that i know: garchomp, sudowoodo?, infernape, milotic,garchomp,spirittomb (starts first no type super effective dark/ghost use any pokemon except medicham, and chingling)

I'd either get an action replay for DS, train your pokemon, or put your pokemon in a nursery.

beating who. train the to lv 55-60

its a good team but you have three water types and empoleon is strong but he knows all water moves, you should teach him some steel moves and a ground move to help kill electric types. your palkia is very good , but you should train it. anoter pokemon that i reccomend is lucario, he is a good fighting type, and he has a excelent move set. you should switch him for medicham. also yur onix will be very good when you train him he will kill all electric types. 7.5/10 this is a good team.
