Help. On my xbox 360....?

My controllers keep cutting in and out. the single just wont stay. is it my xbox or my controlers. It happens to my wire and wireless controlers. please help

Uhh.. I would bring my controllers to my friends house and see if they do the same thing...If they don't.. It's probably the xbox.

You have used it to much.  Burnt out.
