I've been trying to figure out how to play listen to your heart for weeks now and still can't!!!

Is there any type of website that can tell me exactly what piano key to hit??

Or a music sheet that tells me the exact notes? Example: C#, D, A, G, F#, E, B, A, B, C#, E, D, C#, B: that's a part of Listen to your heart by DHT/Roxette

Here are the notes:

Treble cleft lines, bottom to top: g,b,d,f,a

Treble cleft spaces, bottom to top: f,a,c,e

Base cleft lines, bottom to top: g,b,d,f,a

Base cleft spaces bottom to top: a,c,e,g
