I am going to be in xc (xc= cross country btw) at my school this year and I don't have much stamina really, it wears me out doing 100 meter in track, I know, lame. I only run during track meets during school and I always do 75 meter and I always win it but I will be running much more than that in xc and slower but i still need help building up my stamina. And I know running can help with that but isn't there more to it than that?
p.s. I don't like to run around my neighborhood becuz I feel stupid and self-concious so i ride my bike. Does riding my bike help any?
