Help charter on demand!!!!!!!?

Question

Help I have Charter On-Demand and for the last week everytime i got to watch a show it freezes 10 min into programming? I start it over and still does the same. I also try different programs with the same results.... This has never occured in the past

Hi Samuel,

Unplug your box for a couple minutes. Plug it back in and see if that resolves it.

If it doesn't resolve it call Charter.
