Help classifying my turtle!!!!!!!!!!?

ok well i bought my turtle *froggy* and ive just become obsessed with him i guess he has like a little playground and slide and what not but anyways i need to know what kind of turtle he is he doesnt have a *PUFFY* shell its kinda flat but not and his belly is yellow and he is very very very tiny i have looked up all kinds of turtles like flat back, yellow belly, soft shell and none look anything like him please help me discover my baby's history i bought him in panama city beach florida

  1. Red Eared Sliders are the most common aquatic turtles sold in the pet trade. It could also be a Painted Turtle, which is what I'm leaning towards since they often have yellow plastrons (bellies). I'm assuming yours is aquatic, though. If it's not, then there are a lot more possibilities. You might try a search for 'pet turtle species' and compare photos.
