Help covering up dry patches?

I'm currently using zit medicine on my face, but it left dry patches on my chin, part of my forehead, and on both sides of my nostrils. It's not noticeable from far away, but when you look close up it's really noticeable. I've tried using moisturizer, but it doesn't work. And it even shows if i cover it up a lot with concealer and foundation. How do I get rid of or cover up the dry patches?

First you should make sure your concealer and foundation doesn't actually show it up more. If you use a mousse product it goes on drier than other products and will show up the dry patch more.

Switch to and oil based product or even a tinted moisturizer which will help throughout the day.

To get rid of the patches you could try putting on some vaseline and leave it overnight or buy E45 which is usually used for eczema so really helps dryness.
