Help downloading pics from digital camera?

Question

I have a Vivitar ViviCam 8400 digital camera. I cannot get pictures to download. I supposively downloaded the driver for it, but I cannot locate it. It told me to restart for it to work, so I did and nothing. I cannot figure out how to get these pictures off the camera and on to the computer. Any ideas or help?

ok u put one end of the usb cord into the camera and the other end into the usb port on the harddrive and something should pop up like when u put a game or something in to the harddrive

it should come with a usb cord that looks like a 3 branched tree
