Help for Script Writing?

I just downloaded a program to help me script write. It is Celtx. When you go for a film script it has different options. It has: Scene Heading, Action, Character, Dialoug, Parenthetical, Transition, Shot, Text. What are each of these things? Any other tips for script writing would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

Somewhere in the help files it should or might have a tutorial how-to which shows you. I have Final Draft, and it's similar but I don't know if the short cut keys are the same. In FD, you Tab from one to the next.
