Help for nascar 09?

ok i no that people dont like sharing setups for nascar 09 but i am really tired of getting kicked from sessions just because i cant run in the 46 second time frame so all i ask is that somebody tell me wat all the adjustments do or email me a good setup i mean for daytona or talledega i no if i had a good setup i could put it to good use so can someone help me my xbox 360 name is roushmustang84 email is [e-mail]

just try to stiffen up the right rear spring and lower the spring rates in the front to lower the nose also make your shocks a tie-down and also lay your spoiler down so that you have less wind Resistance

The key is to max out your engine's performance points ONLY. Make your engine a 100 with your performance points, but leave everything else at 50. Then, it is just a matter of fiddling with your gear ratios. Once you have that down, you can mess with your spring rates, bumps, and all the rest of it... Hope that helps...
