Question

I want a paypal account, but I don't have a credit or debit card.

I am only 15 years old..

But if I sell stuff on ebay I need paypal..

What can I do?

You can get your parents to set up an account using their information. They can list the items for you and if they sell, they can pay you once the money is deposited in their account.

if you cannot use your parents and don't have any credit cards, then i am sorry. paypal requires a credit/debit card. just wait until you are of age.
