Help i need MOFFLES!?

what kind of mochi do you use? can i use komochi to make it?

Mocci Waffles??  Sounds interesting, next time I have my paninni press out, I will give it a whirl......I've heard some friends talking about Moffles, but never had one.....

yep i know the moffle, light and crunchy rice cake thing? i dont think you can make it from mochiko flour (you meant mochiko, no komochi right?). you need to buy a type of mochi called 'nama kiri mochi' (生切餅 in japanese) which is is in the form of little blocks. they are rock hard, but when you heat them, they go puffy, soft, and chewy. u put these blocks into the moffle maker and voila!

google up the nama kiri mochi if u don't know what im on bout lol.
