Help installing my webcam?

Question

I just got a webcam, and It won't properly install.

The disc loads up, and then says... "Failed to install. Please make sure you have rights to download and install."

I am the administrator of my computer.

Which leaves me clueless as to how to fix the problem.

Try a free registry cleaner like Glary Utilities, it will fix it to where you can install it. http://www.glarysoft.com/gu.html

You can either check your permission again from the administrator logon or from the administrator account install the program and webcam.  What OS are you using?
