hello all. im here for answers, opinions and advises. hope u guys can help me solve my problems and curiosity. i just started working out at home. using calisthenics, bodyweight training,. i just need to know, if u guys are familiar with diamond pushups, not the regular pushups, diamond pushups. 6 sets of 20 diamond pushups, with less than 60 seconds rest between sets, is it for beginners or for advanced athletes? i need to know first before i end up hurting myself. 6 sets of 20 diamond pushups with 60 seconds or possibly less rest between sets. is it for beginners or advanced athletes? hope u can give your opinions. thanks.

  2. Only beginners do diamond push ups. Why? Because they believe it is effective when it is actually not. I used to do them and my arms got locked. Don't do diamond push ups. Instead do regular push-ups that focus on your chest and the one that focuses on your triceps.

  4. I think you should do anything and everything that may damage your fingers, gands, wrists, and/or arms. Then we won't bothered by your inane questions.
