Help me with Cover letter !! !!!! Plz

I just graduated from high school. I just saw a job poster at craigslist and i send email with my resume to apply for entry-level team member at a shop that sell ice-cream. This will be my first-job. I got reply and make appointment for interview on tomorrow. They said .... i need to bring my resume and cover letter. Please Help me and give idea for write a sample cover letter . How should i give it to the manager ? Should I seal the cover letter in an envelopment with resume or just hand it to manager ... Please I am so nervous for that!!!

Prepare a resume and cover letter for this it is better to see some sample resumes, You just hand it to the manager in person at the time of interview.
