Help me with my contacts!!?

can someone please tell me what to do my contacts wont come out i lost my other pair and the doctor gave me new ones and these seem thiner and they wont come out of my eyes and its midnight what should i do??

id just sleep in them

try washing ur hands with a little salt n soap-dry with paper towel--pinch out
