Help me with my lesson plannig!!?

I'm a new teacher and i am going to teach a class of age 3 - 6 (casa) about matter and its forms in two 30 mins lesson. i have to talk about the definition, forms of matter, properties and examples.. can anyone of u write a lesson plan for this? i have lots lots of information on this topic but i dunno how to teach them to children this young.. please help.. btw, i am teaching in a montessori school.. help~~~~

  1. 1st lesson: Bring in a glass of water and a wooden block (doesn't really have to be wooden but needs to be rigid), ask the class to look at and play with the two objects then tell you what the difference is (let them define the characteristics of the two materials only add to this when they run out of ideas).  Then go on to demonstrate the characteristics (hit the solid move the liquid from one container to the other etc.) and explain why these characteristics are useful and what for (buildings need to be solid to protect us, bones need to support us etc.).  When thats done just let them play around with the examples while you verbally quiz them on it.

    2nd lesson: Same as lesson one but introduce gas and, using ice, demonstrate the transition between solid and liquid.  With the class put some water in the freezer to check on the next day allow everyone to check the water that goes in and the ice coming out.  I wasn't aloud to but you could use a flame to melt some other materials and burn paper to show solid to gas.

    I Forgot to say i did this lesson a long time ago and have forgotten large chunks so just pad it out with spelling games or colouring
